Site work for a mixed-use development in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the amount of five (5) percent of the total amount of the bid. The bid guaranty may be by certified check or bid bond made payable to the City of Shawnee, Oklahoma. The successful bidder will be required to furnish separate performance, payment, and maintenance bonds each in the amount equal to 100% of the contract price at the time of contract execution The owner has established a contract performance time of sixty-six (66) calendar days for Base Bid from the date of the Notice-to-Proceed. All project work shall be substantially completed within the stated timeframe. This project is subject to liquidated damages as prescribed within the project manual in the Proposal Section. Questions concerning the Plans and Specifications for this project should be directed to Patrick J. Barnas, PE at H.W. Lochner's Office in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at (405) 418-5881. The right is reserved, as the City of Shawnee may require, to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received. This project will involve the following work items and estimated quantities. Prospective bidders are hereby advised that the quantities indicated herein are approximate and are subject to change.
