The proposal opening will be performed in person and information will be sent to vendors as their responses are submitted. Faxed and/or emailed responses will not be accepted. Any proposal received after the above time and date will not be considered. GCCISD is not responsible for neglect, error, or other failure of the U.S. Postal Service or an express delivery service to deliver a submitted prior to the deadline or for it's delivery to a location other than office addresses set forth above. Bidders assume all risk of submission by mail or delivery service. Any changes or requests for changes in the specifications will not be recognized after sealed proposals are submitted. The Goose Creek CISD reserves the right to postpone, to accept or reject any or all proposals as it deems to be in its best interest, and to waive formalities and reasonable irregularities in bidding. Questions Deadline: 6/15/2023 05:00 PM Estimated budget will be around $140K and no pre-meeting for this project. Goose Creek CISD's is seeking a qualified contractor to provide replace and install a continuous serving line counter and double drop front milk coolers at Lamar Elementary School, 816 N Pruett St, Baytown, TX 77520. The successful manufacturer of the specified serving line and manufacturer provided components is responsible for the fabricating of the product(s) with proper workmanship, void of errors, per the written specification and signed submittal drawings, and in a timely manner. Mod-U-Serve is to provide components as specified in the itemized specifications for all equipment, as noted. Scope includes all labor and material such as disconnecting existing serving lines, demolish and replace existing serving lines outside of kitchen, reroute CAT6 line and connect to district CPU, installing new breaker, install new electrical wiring, plumbing, and testing for proper operation. Warranty shall include parts, labor, and all other costs required to repair and/or replace items that may malfunction during Warranty period. Warranty shall be for 12 months from the date of acceptance by the Owner
