Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in City of Industry, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Industry is seeking the design-build of a memorial garden in honor of Ms. Phyllis Tucker. The garden will be located within the existing landscaped traffic island located at the driveway entrance to City of Industry City Hall. The garden will consist of a cast in place concrete seating area with decorative pavers. There will also be a decorative fountain at the focal point of the seating area. The seating area will be surrounded by symbolic plants and trees as noted in the attached landscape pallet. The design -built scope will be based on the design criteria drawings included with this RFP. The selected design-build contractor will need to determine the proper elevation for the proposed seating area to ensure proper drainage of the site as well as access to existing parking and driveway crossing. The Contractor is also to provide irrigation for the proposed plantings. The contractor will coordinate with the City utility company for electrical service in the area to connect the LED bench lighting and fountain pump.
