Reference Number 0000321664 Bid Intent Not Available Question Acceptance Deadline 06/12/2023 03:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No The St. Louis Regional Airport is accepting bids to paint the metal exterior facade located on a commercial building at 8 Terminal Drive East Alton, IL 62024. Building is estimated at 100' x 120' with heights ranging from 16' to 25'. Painting of overhead canopy, as well as steel supports for walkway and carport also to be included in scope of project. Pressure washing or proper preparation of exterior prior to painting will be required. Portions of the exterior facade include windows, large overhead doors, and brick which will not be painted. The St. Louis Regional Airport reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any technicalities. Prevailing wage must be paid and included in the bid. Contractor must be licensed, insured, and bonded. Work must be completed with minimal to no interruption to businesses located on property along with extreme care given to minimize any overspray from painting equipment.
