FIRM will provide civil engineering design services, including but not limited to, feasibility/concept plan studies and recommendations; preliminary design reports; oversight of applicable subconsultants and engineering disciplines as required; preparation of construction plans, specifications and estimates (opinions of construction cost); research of utilities and other records; bridge analysis and design; and such other services as may be required by the CITY. Services will be provided by FIRM on projects as authorized and directed by CITY under a duly executed and approved Task Order. FIRM will, in the performance of this Agreement, maintain close communications with the City Project Manager or his/her representative. No services will be performed on any specific project until the CITY has issued a signed Task Order to FIRM for that particular project. We are requesting proposals from professionals for on-call, as-needed municipal engineering services as follows: Architectural Services Civil Engineering Construction Administration/Management Electrical Engineering Environmental Consulting Floodplain Management Geotechnical Engineering Grant Administration Hydrogeology Services Hydrologic Engineering Land Surveying Landscape Architectural Engineering Mechanical Engineering Pavement Management Project and Program Management SCADA Services Structural Engineering Traffic/Transportation Engineering A complete scope of services is included as attachment A. The consultant will be required to perform the tasks as described in the enclosed Scope of Services for each of the disciplines. A single proposal shall be submitted for all scopes of work for which the consultant would like to be considered and for which they are qualified. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
