Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Addison, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project includes the construction of approximately 1,300 LF of Double Box Culvert; 3,300 LF of water line, 2,100 LF of sanitary sewer main; 19,000 SY of concrete pavement; and 39,000 SF of sidewalks. The project also includes signalization improvements, illumination improvements, median and parkway landscaping, irrigation and streetscape improvements. The Town of Addison reserves the right to waive any formalities, to reject any and all proposals, and to select the proposal deemed most advantageous to the Town of Addison. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is a completive sealed proposal method in accordance with the Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter D. For information or questions on the proposal, please submit all questions on www.Civcastusa.Com. All questions must be received by 4:00pm on Friday, June 23, 2023.
