Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Duff, Tennessee. Working plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of June 28, 2023 this project has been cancelled and currently there are no plans on rebidding at this time.** The project includes the addition of a variable speed, constant pressure water booster pump station in the Sled Creek area of Campbell County, Tennessee. Bidders must purchase the contract documents from the Engineer and payment shall be made via check in the name of the Bidder. Documents purchased by one party and bid another party will not be accepted. The Contract will be awarded based upon the Base Bid to the lowest, responsive, responsible Bidder. Federal wage and hour(Davis-Bacon) provision do not apply to this project. The owner reserves the right to waive any in formalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Work will be substantially completed within ninety (90) calendar days
