THIS IS AN INFORMATIONAL NOTICE ONLY AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. THIS IS A REQUEST UNDER A PREVIOUSLY ISSUED BPA. WE ARE NOT LOOKING TO ADD NEW CONTRACTORS TO THE BPA AT THIS TIME. Work includes, but is not limited to, removing existing roofing and flashing on 4 buildings on the Olympic National Forest; inspecting roof sheathing and installing new asphalt roof and flashing, including roof penetrations. New roofing material is to have same color and style as existing, with a minimum of 30-year warranty. This notice is for the issuance of a blanket purchase agreement call request on BPA Northwest Facilities Maintenance 1204M320Q0041. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
