Renovation of a mixed-use development in Grand Ledge, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Regarding the replacement of the roof for the township hall and the garage adjacent to the hall. The scope of work for the project includes, but is not limited to, stapled shingle removal and installation of new roof deck as needed, and installation of new shingles or metal roof, whichever is your specialty.
