Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bolivia, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of August 08,2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The project consists of: Demolition and replacement of two baseball press boxes and two baseball dugouts with conventional masonry and wood frame construction, new aluminum baseball bleachers, and associated sitework. Demolition and replacement of three football press boxes with prefabricated construction. Partial demolition and repairs to one concession/restroom building. This work is to take place on three separate sites: North Brunswick High School, South Brunswick High School, and West Brunswick High School Questions shall be submitted in writing to the Architect, Jenny Williams (jenny@s2a3.com) at 124 Market Street, Wilmington, NC 28401. Last day for questions is July 19, 2023 at 5:00. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposal must accompany each proposal in accordance with the Information for Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after the opening thereof. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bonds for 100% of contract amount
