Renovation of a municipal facility in Chester Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Restroom and kitchen upgrades Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) of the bid amount from a surety satisfactory to the Township or by a certified check or letter of credit upon a solvent bank in the amount of ten (10%) of the bid amount in favor of the Township. Bid Bonds shall be accompanied by a Proof of Authority of the official agent signing the bond. Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the application of the PA Prevailing Wage Requirements, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement of a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price. The Owner reserves the unqualified right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. Contract work includes restroom and Kitchen upgrades at Chester Adminstion Building. a. Finish upgrades, tile cleaning, new epoxy resinous flooring and base, lighting replacements, select fixture removals and replacement, new faucets throughout, new toilet partitions, new washroom accessories. New door hardware, and panel signage. b. New Casework and select equipment replacement. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing and will be submitted via online Question Deadline 06/14/2023 at 4:00 PM ET
