Renovation of a municipal facility in Sparta, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work will include but is not limited to the renovations and alterations of approximately 8,100 square feet of the first floor with attendant basement and second floor renovations, including new finishes, ADA bathroom new vestibule and MEP upgrades. Sitework will include but is not limited to the alterations to provide a new stair, ADA compliant ramp, handicap parking, The Contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, trade skills, materials, and equipment required for this Project as described in the Construction Documents. A certified check or cashiers check made payable to the order of the City of Hackensack, or a duly executed Bid Bond, in the amount of ten percent (10%) The City of Hackensack reserves the right to consider Bids for sixty (60) days after their receipt. The right is reserved to waive any informalities, to accept Bids which it deems most favorable to the interest of the City to make an award on each item separately or as a whole and to accept any Bid or to reject any or all Proposals in accordance with the Specifications and the Bid forms. RFIs on company letterhead shall be emailed to Paul Murphy (paulm@hqwllc.com) Cc. Chris Wolverton (chrisw@hqwllc.com). RFIs will be accepted until 2:00 PM on Monday, June 12th, 2023.
