Renovation of a residential development in La Puente, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

Contractor is responsible to field verify all dimensions including specified products and appliances before submission of bids, placing orders, and installations. 3. All brands of material or equipment specified are intended as a point of reference. All "equal" brands will be allowed and accepted after determined by LACDA as meeting the requirement of the specification. 5. Contractor is responsible for providing samples, technical specification, product cut-sheets and any information that LACDA requires for review and approval prior to installation. 6. All bids for new systems, appliances, fixtures and equipment shall include ancillary materials, costs of necessary work to ensure functional installations, and pass B&S inspection if applicable. 8. Contractor should not delete or eliminate any materials, equipment, or fixtures in the scope of work unless it is approved prior to the bid date. 9. Contractor should contact the LACDA inspector and provide project schedule in writing 48 hours prior to commencement of the work. 11. Contractors are prohibited to make any agreements, promises, or offers with owners to add any extra work that deviates from the scope of work without prior approval from LACDA. 12. There are no change orders allowed in the Senior Grant Program. 15. Contractor to schedule a final inspection with the LACDA inspector upon completion of the work. If a permit is obtained, the final inspection with LACDA should be after the permitting agency signs off the project. 7. All work specified in the scope of work and any necessary modification to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems due to performing the scope of work are required to be functional at the completion of the project. The bid includes the costs of all the necessary work to ensure proper functioning of the modified systems. 13. All colors and selections need to be approved by the owner in writing before installation. Contractor shall install all work per manufacturer specifications, recommendations, requirements, as well as LACDA requirements, and all applicable codes and standard industry practices. 10. Contractor shall meet with the owners in advance to discuss work schedules, project durations, working hours, and any possible impacts such as no water, no electricity, etc. LACDA requires contractors to provide at least one working shower and one working toilet (temporary is OK) at the end of every day. 14. Contractor to request and utilize LACDA standard forms for all aspects of construction administration, closeout, final acceptance, and payments. Contractor to turn over copies of all project documents, warranties, manuals, keys (to be keyed alike for multiple lockests if applicable), to project manager, inspector, and owner as required or requested. 2. Contractor is responsible to submit RFI for any scope of work that needs clarification to LACDA for review and approval. This includes any discrepancies discovered during field verification prior to submission of bids or during construction. 4. All substitutes or "equals" must be approved by LACDA prior to installation. Contractor is solely responsible for removal and/or replacement of un-approved items including but not limited to installed materials,
