The Coffee County Board of Education is requesting sealed bids for the following digital sign displays at Kinston School, Zion Chapel School, New Brockton Elementary School, New Brockton Middle School, and New Brockton High School: Complete sign package 2' x 7'11 led-lit cabinet 3'2 x 7'11 (48x120) 20mm full cover LED message signs New 3m wide aluminum pole Paint for existing pole cover (if applicable) Steel angle frame for LED mounting Verizon 4G wireless communication modem kit (with lifetime activation) Install LED and cabinet on existing steel Software package & training-free for life 7-year parts and labor manufacturers warranty To adhere to the Alabama Immigration Law, the following forms must accompany all bids: E-Verify Memorandum of Understanding, Affidavit of Alabama Immigration Compliance, and Alabama Immigration Law Compliance Contract. The lowest responsible bid meeting specifications will be presented to the Coffee County Board of Education at the next meeting for consideration and any award. Notification of any award will be provided to the successful low bidder only following Board approval. The Coffee County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids; to waive technicalities or informalities; and to award the bid to other than the high bidder if cause can be documented
