Site work and paving for a road / highway in Towanda, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Sealed proposals for the following two projects: Seal Cost Project: Contractor is to install approx. 50,310 SY of Asphalt Seal Cost, Single Appl w/ CRS-2PM, approx. 23,050 SY of Prime Coat and approx. 23,050 SY Asphalt Surface Treatment w/ CRS-2Pm. Paving Project: Mill approx. 3,112 SY of existing roadway surface and furnish and place approx. 281 tons of 9.5mm Asphalt Wearing Course. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of workers compensation insurance, and certificate of liability insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality.
