Noble Texas Builders is seeking competitive proposals based on the provided 75% level of documents for ground up construction of (3) Mariachi & Black Box Buildings and associated sitework for McAllen ISD at McAllen Memorial High School, McAllen High School, and Nikki Rowe High School. Approximately 10,000 SF for each building. The following scopes of work are involved: selective demolition, sitework, utilities, concrete paving and foundations, masonry, stucco, structural steel, metal railings, rough carpentry, millwork, thermal and moisture protection, roofing, metal wall paneling, acoustical spray foam insulation, doors, frames, hardware, glass & glazing, metal framing & drywall, ceilings, acoustical paneling, flooring, painting, signage, toilet & bath accessories, fire extinguishers, theatrical rigging and lighting, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, audio visual, and fire alarm SCOPE OF WORK A. The work done by the Painting Contractor shall include the Furnishings of all material, labor, tools and equipment required to complete the surface preparation, the painting, and the finishing of the building(s), as specified herein. B. See drawings and schedules for type and location of various surfaces requiring paint or finishing. C. Field painting will not be required on items specified to be completely finished at factory or any non-ferrous metals, unless specifically designated. D. Do not include prime coats on ferrous non-structural metal delivered with prime or shop coats, already applied. However, all abrasions on such prime coats shall be touched up with primers.
