This reorganization includes the reorganization of the “Premiers aide” room (115), the “pro shop” (116) and the current referees' room (118) (Agri-Sports pavilion) adjacent to the “pro shop”. ($100,000); Replacement of the interior lighting for LED lighting (premium DLC) and upgrading of the ice rink lighting ($357,000); Replacement and modification of the electrical entrance (budget $778,000); Replacement of the three air conditioning units (U-7, U-8, U-9) (budget $110,000). Agri-Sports Pavilion Replacement of the natural gas air heater with high energy efficiency electric heat pumps including all ancillary electrical, mechanical, control, architectural, structural and civil infrastructure work (budget $700,000). TIMELINE: Tender for electrical work has been issued. Information can be followed in the report under ID name: Replacement of Lighting - Colisée Desjardins. Construction work for electrical work will be carried out during summer, 2024. Tender for general contractor for the main project is anticipated in February, 2025. Construction work of the main part is anticipated to start in May, 2024, will be carried out during summer, 2025.
