Demolition and renovation of a municipal facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for the demolition of a municipal facility.
To facilitate a back to work program and adhere to the GC Workplace requirements, the tenant requires demolition and construction for the 8th and 11th floors. Based on the plans provided by the BGIS TFMS team, after furniture has been removed, the following will need to be completed. Replace missing or damaged carpet tiles and base, drywall repair and painting and remove millwork as identified. Build and install new millwork, install lockers, cubbies and add window film where shown. Provide electrical connections for new workstations, and furniture. Replace ceiling tiles where stained or damaged and from previous power pole installations.
