Kiamichi Tech Shop Remodel and Interior Finish Updates A cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder, for all bids over $50,000, or as otherwise applicable by State Law.
