The Engineering and Construction Department for the City of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma is hereby soliciting Letters of Interest (LOI) from qualified engineering design firms for professional services with respect to rehabilitation and/or resurfacing of various residential streets located within the City. This project(s) involves providing professional consultant services for the development, preparation, and design of construction plans for residential street rehabilitation and resurfacing projects located in various locations within the City of Broken Arrow, OK. The professional design services may include but is not limited to: full pavement reconstruction, pavement patching (A.C. and/or P.C.C.), asphalt pavement milling, asphalt overlay, concrete pavement panel replacement as well as replacement/repair/addition/adjustment of curb, curb and gutter, sidewalk, ADA curb ramps, inlets, manholes, valves, meters, drives and other miscellaneous appurtenances.
