Renovation of a medical facility in Brandon, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The Brandon Regional Health Centre Soft-Water Heater Replacement Project will consist of demolishing the facilities existing steam to hot-water heat exchangers and associated appurtenances located within the facilities sub-basement. New construction will consist of a steam to hot-water heating system located in the facilities basement level mechanical room. Question Acceptance Deadline: 2024/02/23 04:00:00 PM CT question deadline date extended from 02/23/2024 to 02/29/2024 04:00:00 PM CT If the Bidder finds errors, discrepancies or omissions in the Tender Documents, or is unsure of the meaning or intent of any provision therein, the Bidder shall notify the Prime Consultant of the error, discrepancy or omission, or request a clarification as to the meaning or intent of the provision at least fifteen (15) Business Days prior to the Submission Deadline. Responses to enquiries which, in the sole judgment of the Prime Consultant require a correction to or a clarification of the Tender Documents will be provided by the Prime Consultant to all Bidders by issuing an addendum.
