The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: 375 Tons of HMA 40 Ft of 24” CMP Culvert A bid bond, certified check, or cashier’s check payable to the Charter Township of Comstock in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of thirty (30) days after the receipt of bids. The project shall be substantially completed by October 15, 2023 with final completion by November 15, 2023.
