Project consists of the installation of approximately 3,575 LF of 8" PVC water main, installation of fire hydrants and all other appurtenances. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as stated on the bid form. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities, and to determine the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder, and to award the contract on that basis All Bidders are encouraged to attend this meeting. Bids must be submitted for the project on the Bid Form bound in the Bidding Documents. Bid Envelope must state "North Industrial Park Water Loop". Each bidder must submit a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of their total bid.
