The Contractor shall furnish all qualified supervision, labor, and equipment to pump, haul and dispose of wastewater from holding ponds at various locations throughout the Culpeper District. The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms, to provide on-call, as needed pumping, hauling and disposal of wastewater and solid waste (sludge) from chemical holding ponds within the VDOT Culpeper District. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and supervision to pump, haul and dispose of chloride-contaminated water and debris from holding ponds to an approved dump site described herein. Services will be performed on an on-call, as needed basis within the Culpeper District. For bidding purposes, the District will be broken down into three (3) Lots: Lot 1 - Louisa Residency - Counties of Louisa, Fluvanna and Orange Lot 2 - Charlottesville Residency - Counties of Albemarle, Greene and Madison Lot 3 - Warrenton Residency - Counties of Culpeper, Fauquier and Rappahannock The conference will begin promptly at the time indicated.
