Site work and paving for a civil project in Katy, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Scope of Work of the Contract includes the Construction of Water, Sanitary, Drainage, and Paving Facilities for Tamarron West Section 15. For construction contracts $50,000 and over, the bidder shall submit a certified or cashiers check on a responsible bank in the State equal to two percent (2%) of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashiers check or bid bonds payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 90 days from the date bids are open. ATTENTION: Pursuant to Texas Government Code 2252.908, on behalf of Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 222 (the District) with a printed, executed and notarized original of a completed Certificate of Interested Parties form (Form 1295) with the bid. Failure to do so will result in the Districts inability to execute the contract.
