Salado Water Supply Corporation (WSC) is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified contractors, for construction of the Spring Creek Pump Station project Proposals are invited for furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for construction of RFP No. 23-001 - Spring Creek Pump Station. Project generally consists of the following work: Qty Description 1 400,000 gallon welded steel Ground Storage Tank (GST) 5 500 gpm pumps 1 CMU Building 2 Control Valve Facilities 1 Electrical 1 Site Improvements Proposals must be submitted on forms provided in Proposal Documents and accompanied by a Proposal Security in the penal sum of not less than five percent (5%) of base proposal amount, payable without recourse to Owner. Proposal Security may be in either the form of a cashiers check or Offerers Bond from a security company approved to conduct business in State of Texas as a guarantee that offerer will enter into a contract and execute a 100% payment bond within fifteen (15) days after issuance of a notice of award to that Offerer Proposals not accompanied by such Security or received after designated proposal time will not be considered. Install a pre-packaged pump station system on a steel skid including five (5) - 500 gallon per minute (GPM) pumps, concrete foundation, associated piping, valves, and related appurtenances. 2. Install new 400,000 gallon steel ground storage tank, foundation, piping, and related appurtenances. 3. Install new electrical equipment to contain, power panels, SCADA panel, transformer, control panels, and wire and conduit. 4. Installation of antenna tower for communication system. 5. Paving, grading, fencing, and other miscellaneous yard piping site work as shown in Drawings. 6. All miscellaneous improvements for a complete in-place facility including all yard maintenance and site security requirements. 7. Start-up and training for system.
