Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Louisville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The Designer and subconsultants will provide all necessary services to design all permanent and temporary portions of the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents, not necessarily including Work incorporated in the preparation ofWorking Drawings or Engineered Drawings. All work shall conform to current LPA, Department, FHWA and AASHTO standards, practices, policies, guidelines and specifications. Unless otherwise noted in the Contract Documents, theLPA's standards, practices, policies, guidelines and specifications shall control in case ofa conflict. The standard of care for all such services performed or furnished pursuant to the Contract will be the care and skill ordinarily exercised by members ofthe engineering profession practicing under similar conditions at the same time and locality. 2023 Stanley Road (WIN-153) Bridge Replacement Project Engineers estimate of cost for this improvement is $505,770.00 The Portage County Commissioners reserve the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. The basis of award shall be lowest and best bid.
