Renovation of a water / sewer project in Albertville, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Major components of the Work include: -- Filter media replacement, rehabilitation, and painting of five 10'x48' horizontal pressure filters. -- Process Pipe Painting -- Filter media will be mixed with clean fill, hauled, and disposed of at a landfill by successful bidder. A pre-Bid conference will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2023, at the Joint Powers Offices/Water Treatment Plant located at 11100 50 th Street NE, Albertville, MN 55301. Bid security in the amount of 5% percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the City/Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. Bids shall be directed to the Joint Powers Water Board, securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper, "BID FOR: FILTER REHABILITATION" The Joint Powers Water Board reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Board.
