The District School Board of Pasco County, herein known as the District, is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to select two (2) construction management firms to provide Construction Management At Risk Services as governed by AIA Document A133-2019 and companion document A201-2017 for the two (2) construction projects contained within this RFQ package. At this stage it is expected that these projects will not be occupied campuses. Cypress Elementary School: Address: 10055 Sweet Bay Court, New Port Richey, FL 34654 Architect: Hepner Architects Inc. Estimated Construction budget: $22,000,000 Commencement date: June 2024 Completion date: July 2025 Scope of Work: Remodelling of the main school building to include life safety, ADA and infrastructure upgrades, interior finishes upgrades, roofing replacement and the removal and replacement of a portion of the existing entry canopy and associated hardscape. The scope also includes audio visual, fire safety and miscellaneous technology upgrades to the small stand-alone classroom building and portables as required by the Owner. Type of Construction: Remodel West Zephyrhills Elementary School: Address: 37900 14th Avenue, Zephyrhills, FL 33542 Architect: Wannemacher Jensen Architects Inc. Estimated Construction budget: $38,000,000 Commencement date: June 2024 Completion date: May 2026 Scope of Work: Site Improvements, remodel of existing facilities (building 6, 10, 11 and 12), complete demolition of Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9 and 14 and construction of a two-story admin/classroom building and a one-story cafeteria building. Type of Construction: School Replacement/Remodel The Board, through authorized District representatives, shall at its discretion, have the authority to re-establish the scope, schedule, and budget of the project, or to cancel any of the project if it is determined that this action serves in the best interest of the District.
