SCOPE: This SOW is for services to provide commercial plumbing maintenance and repair services for the Tyler District offices. TxDOT may require the services of the following types of plumber(s), Responsible Master Plumber, Journeyman Plumber, and Plumber’s Apprentice, on an as-needed basis. Unsatisfactory performance may result in a negative vendor performance report, or cancellation of the contract or both, in addition to any other rights, liquidated damages and remedies provided by the contract or allowed by law.
