Provide professional services to research and develop affordable housing, including but not limited to preparing for the development and securing and directing all resources necessary for the planned development objectives The Maryville Housing Authority aims to increase our housing portfolio by developing acreage located at our Parkside location. 311 Atlantic Ave Maryville, TN 37801 Parcel ID# 057C A 01400 If approved by HUD, the development agreement will remain in force at least until the completion of construction of the units to be constructed or renovated pursuant to the contract, provided all terms and conditions are met. MHA intends to enter into a development agreement to be negotiated later with the responsible proposer, which offers a proposal advantageous to the Authority based upon technical evaluations. The contract shall have no provisions for reimbursable expenses except those resulting from a contract modification. The cost of traveling, postage, telephone, photocopying, and living expenses incurred by the Developer, the Developer's associates, or technical personnel in the discharge of the Developer's services are considered as Developer's overhead, and they must be included in the contract amount and shall not be claimed as reimbursable expenses. The final price of the Developer's services, including reasonable profit and Developer's fees, shall be determined through negotiation with the selected proposer.
