The Argyle Independent School District (AISD requests written qualification statements from qualified firms to provide Architectural Services on an as needed basis, (indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity of services) in conjunction with successful Bond elections, Bond Projects, and various AISD funded projects. The District may elect to contract with one or more firms for any or all of the proposed services after negotiations. Any agreements resulting from this RFQ will be valid for five (5) years commencing on the date of board approval, with options to extend for additional one year periods as needed to provide architectural services.
