Install approx. 11000 linear ft of new 10in HDPE sanitary sewer main by pipe bursting,1100 linear ft of 8in sewer main via open cut trench& replace of an existing sanitary sewer lift station including manhole replacement, lining of existing manholes/sewer service lateral & cleanout installation, bypass pumping, surface restoration, traffic control, erosion/sediment control measures, labor & materials nec to install the authorized work. This project is funded in part by the SLRF program as part of the ARPA & subject to comply with funding agency regs. No proposal will be considered unless its accompanied by satisfactory evidence that the Bidder has GA St Contractors Lic of proper classification & in full force & effect in comply w/Act.OCGA 43 14. Failure to provide the bidders GA Utility Cont Lic # on the outside of sealed proposal will result in reject of the bid. Prospect Bidders are urged to register with Eng. as a plan holder even if Bid Docs are obtain from planroom /source other than Issuing Off in elect. or paper. Issuing Off will distribute off notifications, addenda & other info relevant to submitting a Bid for the Proj. Neither Owner nor Eng will be respons for Bid Docs-addenda if any obtained from sources other than the designated site.
