A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The terms of this RFP apply in like force to this proposal submission process and to any subsequent contract resulting therefrom. Payments to be made by the City will be made by authorized personnel only. All written questions must be received by the City no later than June 15, 2023. Firms who request a clarification of the RFP requirements must submit questions in writing to Doug Clark, Wastewater Director in the manner and by the deadline specified in Section III.A. of this RFP. Any entity selected by the City, or its authorized staff and committees, pursuant to this RFP will be required to enter a not-to-exceed contract for the following services: 1. Excavate existing clay tile sewer line and replace with 8" SDR-35 PVC. 2. Full replacement of two 48" sewer basins 3. Partial replacement of one 48" sewer basin 4. Add one 48" sewer basin to the line. 5. Full depth compaction in the trench 6. Pavement should be cut back 1 foot larger around all sides of trench and or any disturb soils. 7. Minimum of 4" pavement depth replaced in the roadway. 8. Grind around all sides of trench to provide a shiplap pavement finish. 9. Minimum of 18"gravel 10.
