Renovation of an educational facility in Morristown, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or by a Bidder's Bond executed by the Bidder and a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Tennessee, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to execute an acceptable performance and payment bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price prior to the execution of the contract. Hamblen County Schools reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the school system. Questions regarding this bid request shall be directed, in writing via e-mail, to Lewis Group Architects. All technical questions will be addressed by written addendum issued by the architect.
