Site work for a residential development in Nyack, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development.
Remove and replace concrete curb and sidewalk along frontage, remove and replace asphalt pavement, install drainage and electric conduits, pole bases, screen wall per site plan; remove concrete plaza and install paver hardscape, irrigation, signage and landscaping per Landscaping Plan; ancillary work as required for complete installation. Questions which may arise relative to the Contractor's fulfillment of this Contract. The Engineer's estimates and decisions shall be final and conclusive and such estimate and decision, in the event any question should arise, shall be a condition precedent to the right of the Contractor to receive any monies under this Contract.
