Replacement of primary service capacitor bank, Medium Voltage (MV) switchgear and transformers; and replacement of remaining overhead electrical lines with underground duct banks. Ancillary scope includes relocation of primary natural gas service entry point and replacement of MV transformers and low voltage switchboards at Buildings N7 and N12. Project Estimate: Current estimate for work is approximately two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000). Question Deadline 06/16/2023 at 12:00 AM CT Work is scheduled to start September 1, 2023 and shall be completed by November 30, 2024.
