**As of August 8, 2023 project was awarded to CGS LLC. but awarded amount is not available.** The scope of work includes: The demolition and removal of the shingled roofing down to the decking and removal of demolition material offsite. Installation of the following: new 30- year architectural shingle, GAF Timberline HDZ or equivalent, including ridge cap and vent, new flashing/pipe boots around plumbing stacks, new substrate/decking as required (give an allowance for a percentage of the roof substrate/decking to be replaced if rotten/unusable), renail loose decking as required, install new synthetic underlayment, and repair of seam that is displaced on northwest side of roof. The contractor will furnish the owner with a material and labor warranty for this project, clean up area, haul trash and debris from the job sites. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, and materials required to complete this project. Contractor is responsible for all building permits by the city and county. The building will be occupied during the work. Camden County Board of Commissioners is currently seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors to replace the Camden County Government Services Roof Replacement.
