Renovation of a medical facility in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization to retain a General Contractor for the VCH UBCH Koerner Third Floor Fire System project. The scope of the project includes installation of a new Fire Pump on the ground floor and installation of the fire suppression system on the third floor of UBC Hospital Koerner Pavilion. Fire pump is to provide required water pressure to the system. Construction work is anticipated to be 10 months, starting once the sprinkler permit is approved, estimated to commence in September 2023. The anticipated ready-for-take-over date in July 2024.
