Unless otherwise indicated, this call for tenders is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and, when applicable, to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO) and to the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between Canada and the European Union (CETA).
