Renovation of a water / sewer project in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Lee Hall Fuel Tank Removal Clean existing tank, which has approximately 15,000 gallons of #6 fuel oil. Following cleaning of tank, contractor to remove tank, berm, liner, tank foundation, and all subsequent existing features related to the tank. Following tank demo, site improvements including stormwater upgrades, paving, curbing, and infastructure for future Electrica Car Charging Stations (by Others) to be installed. Demo fuel lines into the building up to each boiler's first fitting. Existing steam heat coil to be demo'd along with platforms and stairs to be turned over to Owner Bids must be submitted electronically in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. The original bid package is to be mailed to the campus after the electronic version is submitted. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority and womenowned business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. The Campus MWBE Goals are 16% Minority and 14% Women. The Campus SDVOB goals are 6%.
