Contract term: 504 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed The work of this single bid project includes but is not limited to replacement of elevator equipment for hydraulic elevators at SUNY at Buffalo s South Campus including equipment, control systems, cabs, fixtures, and emergency signaling and operational devices. Selective demolition including asbestos abatement. Penetration firestopping and fire-resistive joint systems to create and/or maintain hoist way and machine room fire ratings as defined on the drawings. Painting floors, walls, and ceilings of elevator pits & machine rooms. New sump pits, sump pumps, alarms, and discharge piping in elevator pits.
