The County is requesting qualifications for professional civil engineering services from competent firm(s) or individual(s) that can perform the review and coordination of technical submissions to comply with Hood County's Subdivision Regulations, and Development Permit Regulations and Infrastructure Development Regulations for Manufactured Home Rental Communities. Respondents are required to submit evidence of their experience and ability to perform tasks which shall include, but not limited to, the following: 1. Review and coordination of traffic impact analysis; 2. Review and coordination of drainage plans or studies, including culvert sizing; 3. Review and coordination of proposed erosion and sedimentation control measures; 4. Review and coordination of surveys of development during platting review process; 5. Technical reviews for F.E.M.A. requirements; and, 6. Consultation, investigation, evaluation, analysis, planning, providing an expert engineering opinion and/or testimony, or other engineering services that may be needed by the county 7. Be responsible for confirming that all necessary requirements are performed and all documentation is completed. State all permits, licenses, etc. in order to perform job. The engineer shall be responsible for complying with all state, city and other easement and utility regulations. Hood County's intention is for the engineering consultant to determine the best method and technology available for any given project. 8. Provide assistance, consultation, and/or prepare grant request regarding any flood mitigation or TWDB based grants concerning the floodplain. 9.
