Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Bloomfield, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Bloomfield, Connecticut invites bids from qualified bidders for approximately 1830 linear feet of new sidewalk on Mountain Avenue in Bloomfield CT. This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or to accept any Bid, should the Town deem it to be in the best interest of the Town. Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each bid, in accordance with the Bid Instructions and Information. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Labor and Materials Payment bonds, each in amount equal to 100 percent (100%) of the contract price. Contract Time of Completion: The Contractor shall have 115 days subsequent to the date of commencement of Contract Times as set forth in the Notice to Proceed to bring the Contract Work to Substantial Completion. Questions will not be entertained past 4:00 p.m., June 16, 2023, and responses will be posted via addendum.
