Renovation of a fire / police facility in Bourne, Massachusetts. Working plans call for the renovation of a fire station.
No bids received. Bourne is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the following: Public Safety Fire Department Manufactured Home Unit (MHU) Turnkey Delivery, Elevation and Installation at one of our fire stations. The work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to all aspects from design, fabrication delivery and on-site placement of a ground-set single-wide manufactured home having minimum three-bedroom, two bathrooms in no more than 1,000 square feet of living space to be used for Fire Department workforce housing, shift living quarters located at Fire Station #4, 14 Thomas Philbrick Rd, Monument Beach, MA 02553. The manufactured home is being purchased to supplement a current unit being temporarily rented on a monthly basis. The estimated cost for this project is $90,000. All proposals shall remain in effect for (90) days, Saturday, Sundays and legal holidays excluded. Question Deadline 06/26/2023 at 12:00 PM ET LAST DATE FOR QUESTIONS: Last day for written questions due to Assistant Town Administrator, Questions or clarifications rising from these documents shall be submitted in writing to the Assistant Town Administrator at ehartsgrove@townofbourne.com.
