A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1.) Site Work: Erosion control, temporary facilities, excavation, placing precast concrete crypts, and rough and finish grading. 2.) Utilities: Storm drainage and drain tile. 3.) Landscaping: Furnishing the seed for Owner to install, and irrigation installation. Prime bidders must have a minimum of five (5) years experience with management and supervision of General/Site Work construction and coordinating and management of major site grading and excavation, utilities, and landscape work. Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor, not as a subcontractor, the work for at least 3 contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since June 23, 2018 for construction of public project types of similar size and scope to this project, earthwork operations of at least 20,000 cubic yards of soil, topsoil blending and placement, installation of storm sewer and drain tile, installation of precast concrete units similar to those herein.
