The WCB is looking for a qualified Contractor to replace existing plaza deck railings at the WCB Jarvis Building. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following: Removal and replacement of plaza deck railing. The WCB is also considering the following optional scope of work: Removal of existing paint and re-painting of existing plaza deck rails. Structural repair of concrete deterioration due to corrosion of reinforcing steel (delamination repairs) where directed by Consultant.
