The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) is accepting bids for Sanding Material 1-Location Miles City Area. Additional details regarding the solicitation can be viewed by logging into eMACS and reviewing the requirements of this solicitation. Questions or information relating to either specifications or requirements of this solicitation must be asked through the eMACS Q&A Board. Potential bidders must log into eMACS to submit a question on the Q&A Board. Be sure to certify and submit your response once completed. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to produce 3,000 tons or 2,000 cubic yards of sanding material. Stockpile material to facilitate water runoff DESIGNATED CONTRACT DATE: WORK CANNOT BEGIN UNTIL AFTER: JULY 1, 2023 GLENDIVE YARD: 1,500 TONS OR 1,000 YARDS IS REQUIRED TO BE COMPLETED ON OR BEFORE: OCTOBER 20, 2023 THE REMAINING 1,500 TONS OR 1,000 YARDS IS REQUIRED TO BE COMPLETED ON OR BEFORE: APRIL 12, 2024 The successful bidder may, at their own risk, perform preparatory materials work only for this contract prior to July 1, 2023. However, the Department will not accept delivery of material or make payment for any work or pay item prior to July 1, 2023.
