The Marthas Vineyard Regional School District and the Up Island Regional School District are seeking Proposals to provide On-Call Owners Project Manager Services for smaller projects for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2023 until June 30, 2024. The contracts may be extended through FY26 atthe discretion of the Districts. This will notinclude services for any Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) Project,which would be bid separately.
