The Prince George’s County Office of Central Services’ Contract Administration and Procurement Division (CAP) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to establish a term contract with a Contractor(s) to provide complete refresh of the first floor Marbury Wing to include new led lighting (Pepco rebates), new Siemens system, MEP upgrades and refresh of equipment, ADA compliance, plumbing upgrades and energy saving devices, new flooring, new paint, new security and updated dimming panel in the courtrooms.
